UTHSCSA PRIDE: About Us & Contact

PRIDE (formerly known as the Gay Straight Alliance) is a multidisciplinary organization of current and future health providers at the UT Health Science Center San Antonio. Our mission statement is to bring equitable healthcare to medically under-served gender and sexual minorities, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) persons. PRIDE does so through community outreach, health education, and research as we believe in comprehensive and fair healthcare for all people, including LGBTQ persons.
